Hope Rising was created as a commission print along with its mate New Dawn, for a lovely young couple who loves to go hiking at sunrise. This print is created in two layers. The first layer is made using a rainbow ink roll onto a wood block. The wood grain shows beautifully in the skyline of this print. The second layer is a hand-carved piece of linoleum cut in the image of a tree silhouette.

I used Cranfield Colours Caligo ink to create these prints. Custom colors in the background, black for the tree.
The paper used is Legion Stonehenge, white.
Limited edition of 7. Each print is signed and numbered. You will receive a certificate of authenticity with this print.
